Betty ann Skaggs, 72, passed away April 14, 2014

She was born in Liberty, Kentucky, March 15, 1942.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, with calling from 10:00 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow at West Newton Cemetery.
